Senior management experience with the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). Field experience in the OSCE Mission in Kosovo and the OSCE Presence in Albania, as well as with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Regional Liaison Office in Ethiopia and the UNHCR Office in Azerbaijan.
Extensive global reach, including in-depth coverage of the OSCE’s 57 member states throughout Europe, Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and North America and its six Mediterranean partners (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Israel, Jordan, and Egypt).
